BTE proposals for the national derogations/supplements of ADR/RID/ADN 2017

The National Ministry of Development asked our Association to cooperate by preparing our proposals related to the 2017. changes of ADR/RID/AND if any.

In case of using the derogations according to 68/2016 EC Directive as a base for our proposals, those should be registered by the European Comission till December 2016.

Please, find "C(2016) 2229" COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) under Internal Pages/Elnökségi hírek in Hungarian, English and German language- containing the updated list of derogations from the directive.

Please send your proposals to the leaders of our Working Groups with your short justification:
